Really Easy Shrimp Tacos

These are quite possibly my new favorite meal. Yum!

They are healthy, and they taste divine.

Super Easy Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients:


1 Tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 lbs frozen fully cooked shrimp
1/2 yellow onion
1 red bell pepper
pinch cayenne pepper
1/2 head green cabbage
2 limes
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar
Pepper to taste.
Small corn tortillas

Directions:

Dice cabbage. In a bowl, combine cabbage, juice from the two limes, salt, sugar, and pepper. Let sit while you cook the rest.

Preheat olive oil over medium heat. Dice onion and red bell pepper. Add to the pan with the shrimp and cayenne pepper. (You can leave the cayenne pepper out if you want a milder flavor). Sautee until onions and peppers are softened, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain off liquid.

Mix contents of pan and contents of bowl. Serve in tortillas. Yum!

Serving : 2 tortillas - Calories - approx 330.
